Blue Action Canada is a 12-week program for ocean and maritime startups from Canada (or those looking to enter the Canadian market) focused on securing first pilots and real-world deployments. The program is a joint venture between COAST, Blue Action, and Founders Factory, combining deep sector expertise, global industry access, and hands-on venture support.

Based in British Columbia, one of the world’s most powerful hubs for ocean innovation, founders receive targeted support across go-to-market, partnerships, product, and fundraising, alongside direct engagement with ports, shipping leaders, and ecosystem partners, all with the clear goal of turning ocean innovation into commercial impact.
