Utpatti

Founded in Berlin in 2022 by Dr Tejo Chalasani and Sahitya Parvathaneni, Utpatti builds a plug-and-play, decentralised AI platform for predictive maintenance in manufacturing. Its software analyses existing sensor and breakdown data to predict equipment failures and assess part quality without requiring machine data to leave the factory or new sensors to be installed, cutting downtime by up to 55%.

Utpatti is already trusted by global manufacturers including Bosch and Ternium, and was backed with $619K in pre-seed funding from Founders Factory, working in partnership with Fastweb, alongside German Accelerator.
