The Company

Uncovr builds AI infrastructure that turns surgical video into structured clinical documentation. The platform connects to existing operating-room video sources, analyses each step and procedural event of a laparoscopic or robotic-assisted procedure in real time, and automatically generates the operative report and billing codes a surgical team would otherwise have to reconstruct from memory after the fact.

Founded in 2025 by CEO Ines Iraki, CTO Johann Diep and Professor Eric Vibert, Chief of Surgery at AP-HP, Uncovr is already working with hospitals in the US and Europe. The company's stated aim is to build the data layer that could, over time, help train models toward more autonomous surgical support — starting with the immediate problem of missed documentation and under-coded procedures costing hospitals reimbursement revenue.
