Tauniqo

Founded in 2023 and based in Barcelona, Tauniqo is a deep-tech HR platform that unifies corporate talent training and hiring through AI-driven roleplay simulations and a proprietary evaluation engine trained on more than 25,000 interactions. The platform converts a company's existing documentation into personalised training itineraries, runs conversational AI roleplays to measure skills such as communication, leadership, sales and decision-making, and integrates with HR systems including Workday and SAP SuccessFactors. Tauniqo also offers AI-driven hiring tools such as automated interviews and candidate assessment.

The company has grown to around $1.5M in annual revenue with a 14-person team, entirely bootstrapped without external venture funding.
