StructureFlow is a London-based legal and finance technology company that turns complex corporate structures, deal terms and transactions into interactive, customisable visual diagrams, pulling information from emails, contracts and existing static diagrams into a single model. It is used by top UK and US law firms including Slaughter and May, A&O Shearman, Linklaters, Norton Rose Fulbright, Baker McKenzie and Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner to model and communicate corporate structures and M&A transactions.
StructureFlow raised a $6M Series A in 2024 led by FINTOP Capital, taking total funding to around $15M, and is using the round to build out AI features and expand into the US.
