Founded in London, Solivus has developed a flexible, 'skin-like' thin-film organic solar technology that can be wrapped directly across the flat roofs of warehouses, stadiums and large commercial buildings, generating clean, on-site power without the weight and installation complexity of traditional panels. The company is trialling its film on hangar roofs at Cotswold Airport, where it powers the site alongside a new hydrogen aircraft programme.
Solivus raised a £2.4M seed follow-on round in 2022 led by Founders Factory's G-Force sustainability programme, alongside crowdfunding from Crowdcube backers, to fund its commercial rollout.
