SeaStock

Launched in September 2021 in Western Australia, SeaStock harvests and processes native Asparagopsis seaweed into methane-reducing feed supplements for cattle, with the seaweed shown in trials to cut ruminant methane emissions by 80% or more. It was the first Western Australian company licensed by Future Feed, which holds the global IP for using Asparagopsis as a livestock feed ingredient, and was selected for the MassChallenge Switzerland 2023 accelerator from more than 1,200 global applicants.

Beyond methane reduction, SeaStock is now expanding into adjacent seaweed-derived markets including natural pigments, food and beverage ingredients, and skincare.
