On the Mend

Founded by former NHS clinical pharmacist Kyoko alongside co-founder Wesley, On the Mend is a cloud-based platform connecting healthcare professionals and patients to improve recovery from musculoskeletal (MSK) injuries. The app lets patients follow a tailored rehabilitation plan and share progress data directly with clinicians, aiming to boost adherence and cut costly in-person follow-ups.

On the Mend joined the Aviva-backed Founders Factory accelerator and has since raised around $1.3M across seed and Innovate UK grant funding to expand its platform for insurers and healthcare providers.
