Founded in 2022 by Timur Csillik under the name Nabu.xyz before rebranding to NexTeam AI, the company builds generative AI phone agents that act as a virtual back-office workforce for SMEs, automating appointment scheduling, answering customer calls, upselling relevant services and collecting feedback around the clock. NexTeam AI emerged from Founders Factory's venture studio and raised a $1.5M pre-seed round backed by Founders Factory to build out its voice AI platform for service businesses.
