Founded in 2008 and headquartered in Cardiff, MyHealthChecked plc (formerly Concepta plc) is a publicly listed at-home health testing company offering DNA, blood and rapid test kits sold online and over the counter, built around its 2020 acquisition of The Genome Store. Backed in its early growth by investors including Mercia Asset Management, ACF Investors and Founders Factory, the company listed on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market.

In November 2025, Boots completed the acquisition of MyHealthChecked's loss-making trading subsidiary, Concepta Diagnostics, for a reported £2.4M, with the listed entity subsequently renamed Fortis Frontier plc.
