The Company

Matricis.ai is developing EndomAI, a medical-grade AI copilot that assists radiologists in reading women's pelvic MRI scans for signs of endometriosis, a condition that on average takes seven to ten years to diagnose. The system is trained on one of the largest pelvic-imaging cohorts assembled for this purpose — more than 15,000 patients across three continents with expert radiologist annotations — and is designed to flag, map and characterise lesions to support earlier, more consistent diagnosis.

A spinout from Inria and the AP-HP hospital group in Paris, Matricis.ai was co-founded by CEO Raphaelle Taub, a physicist, and COO Elise Mekkaoui. In April 2026 the company launched its first US clinical pilot of EndomAI with SimonMed Imaging, one of the largest outpatient imaging providers in the country, enrolling around 200 patients with suspected or confirmed endometriosis.
