The Company

Founded in London in 2016 by a Stanford PhD and former Tesla and Apple engineer, Luther Systems builds a distributed enterprise platform that automates and verifies complex, multi-party workflows for large insurers and financial institutions, including claims processing, fraud detection and real estate lease-contract management for clients such as Allianz, AXA and AIA.

The company raised a $1.5M seed round in 2018 led by firstminute Capital, taking total funding to around $4.4M, with angel backing from senior finance and legal executives including former Deutsche Bank COO Henry Ritchotte and Funding Circle co-founder Andrew Mullinger. Luther Systems remains active today, running enterprise workflow-automation products alongside newer platform offerings.
