Hammock

Founded in London in 2019, Hammock is a property finance platform built for landlords and property managers, plugging into their bank accounts via open banking to automate rent collection, bookkeeping and tax statements. It gives landlords a dedicated UK current account and card for their property finances alongside live analytics on the financial health of each rental, and was the first landlord software recognised by HMRC as compatible with Making Tax Digital.

Hammock raised £1M in seed funding backed by Fuel Ventures, Ascension Ventures and Founders Factory to grow its base of small and multi-property landlords.
