Founded in 2019 in Santa Monica by Kendall Bird and Sage Grazer, Frame is a two-sided marketplace that helps people find the right therapist while giving independent practices the scheduling, billing and client-management tools they need to run their business. Clients get free access to Frame's network of vetted therapists, while practitioners set their own rates and manage their caseload through Frame's software.
The company raised a $3M seed round in 2021 and a further $7.6M in 2022, bringing total funding to roughly $17M as it scales its therapist network across California and beyond.
