Founded in 2017 out of Oxford University by Gary Wu and a team of co-founders, Fluidstack is a leading AI cloud platform that gives labs and enterprises on-demand access to large-scale Nvidia GPU clusters for training and inference. Its infrastructure is trusted by Nvidia, Meta and the French Republic, and in November 2025 Anthropic signed a $50 billion deal with Fluidstack to build custom AI data centres in Texas and New York, prompting the company to relocate its headquarters to New York.
Fluidstack has since raised further capital at a valuation that more than doubled to $18 billion, cementing its position as one of the fastest-growing AI infrastructure providers to emerge from Europe.
