Founded in London in 2020 by Todor Gigilev and Anj Chadha, ESG360 (rebranded Antaia in 2026) is an enterprise SaaS platform that helps multinational and large private companies manage ESG as a strategic asset, automating data collection, cross-departmental collaboration and reporting against frameworks including IFRS S1/S2, CSRD, TCFD and TNFD.

The company has raised over $1.2M to date and secured a £1M grant from Scottish Enterprise to expand its Glasgow operations, as part of a plan to create more than 30 high-value jobs.
