Founded by CEO Manasi Kulkarni, a former engineering leader at Monzo and Thoughtworks, and Stephen Cowley, a former senior Thoughtworks engineer, Conveyd launched in London in March 2025 to revolutionise home exchanges with speed and transparency. Its AI platform automates around half of the conveyancing process, including ID checks, mortgage and search reports, and chasing third parties on outstanding actions, cutting typical transaction timelines from about five months to roughly six weeks.
Conveyd raised a £2.5M seed round led by Eka Ventures, with Portfolio Ventures, Founders Factory and angel investors including Passion Capital's Eileen Burbidge also participating.
