Confide was founded in Singapore in late 2023 by Pav Gill, the former general counsel who exposed the €24 billion Wirecard fraud, alongside co-founder Ryan D. The platform gives organisations a specialised whistleblowing solution, letting them confidentially receive, investigate and resolve reports of misconduct through a unified compliance workflow that also covers fraud detection, third-party risk and conflicts of interest.
Built with a strong focus on user trust and regulatory compliance, Confide has raised around $3.6M in seed funding with backing from Founders Factory.
