Circeus acquires established software businesses and operates them for the long term, preserving their brands and teams while layering in centralised AI, engineering and go-to-market support, and today serves more than 200,000 businesses from offices in London, Milan and Sarajevo. The company has raised over $220M to date, including a $100M Series B extension backed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
