Founded in 2020 by Natan Lempert and Firoz Noordeen out of Founders Factory's venture studio, BuiltAI uses machine learning to rapidly extract and analyse commercial real estate data, generating detailed financial models and underwriting scenarios for single assets or entire portfolios in minutes rather than weeks. Its platform helps CRE investors and asset managers assess acquisition opportunities and manage existing holdings faster and more accurately, incorporating lease terms, valuation, tenant profiles and local market data.
BuiltAI closed a $6M seed round in December 2025, led by Work-Bench with participation from Lerer Hippeau, Timber Grove Ventures and Emerald Pine Capital, to expand its footprint in the US commercial real estate market.
